Vagif Aliyev, a major figure in the real estate industry, has been subjected to official searches.

During the searches, documents related to the operations of his companies were seized.

According to case No. 757/40918/23-K, the shopping malls Lavina Mall, Blockbuster Mall, and Mandarin Plaza are suspected of tax evasion.

Following the opening of the case, Aliyev re-registered the companies under his younger daughter, Maryna Dorokhina
